APAC HR Ops Intern

About the Skuad Acquisition

Back in August 2024, Payoneer acquired Skuad. Skuad's expertise helps businesses in over

160 countries navigate complex challenges such as international payroll, remote onboarding,

and regulatory compliance. This acquisition reinforces Payoneer's mission and solidifies

Skuad's role as a trusted partner for global workforce management (WFM).

This role will be part of our WFM business unit.

Role Summary

As an HR Operations Intern, you will support the APAC HR Operations team in managing key

administrative and operational processes across multiple countries. You will assist in handling

contract documentation, coordinating with insurance vendors for activations and claims,

preparing payment summaries, and supporting audits and compliance initiatives. This role

offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, vendor

management, and regional process coordination within a fast-paced, global environment.

Location - Gurgaon-India

Full time/Onsite

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 25K

What you'll do

Help manage the backlog of contracts requiring dual-signatory and stamping

Follow up with the Insurance vendor for insurance activations, e-card generation, and

medical claims. Track pending claims and ensure resolution within expected timelines

Prepare monthly payment summaries for Device and Insurance vendors. Organize

invoice documentation and assist in internal coordination for approvals and payments

Assist with the preparation and upload of Partner Work Orders for signature

Support with audits and compliance-related documentation preparation Handle confidential employee information with the highest level of discretion

Support general HR administrative processes across other APAC countries as needed

Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Ops POC
