Position Summary
Responsible for partnering with the ISO Channel Leader in Asia Pacific to drive business growth goals and strategic objectives and establish high quality, consistent execution of key business priorities and establishing best practice business management and operational governance.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Supports the consistent implementation of company strategies and initiatives
- Ensure effective execution of the channel strategy and business priorities
- Lead business change initiatives across AP markets
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all functions and teams
- Lead engagement with WW Channel organization, build strong relationships and alignment on channel BMS and worldwide reporting requirements and projects
- Drive predictable outcomes through strong BMS cadence, transparency, and intervention discipline.
- Deliver a consistent One Lenovo channel experience across partners and geographies.
- Strengthen channel planning, execution discipline, and performance management.
- Improve predictability and quality of channel-attributed revenue.
- Drive business performance insights and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts
- Analyze customer, industry and market trends to generate market intelligence report status updates
- Identify areas of operational performance improvements and lead programs to efficiency gains
- As needed coordinates planning activities with other stake holding functions deep dives to derive actionable strategies in trouble areas
- Works closely with sales management and segment leaders to improve predictability and linearity and prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Provides and distributes different reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
Requirements
- University degree with min 8 years experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or Business Analysis
- Experience conducting competitive intelligence research, preferably in the high-tech industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and good command of MS office software, preferable with knowledge in SQL / Qliksense / Power BI
- Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting competitive intelligence research, preferably in the high-tech industry is an advantage
- Exposure to Biz analytics and proficiency in using PowerPoint, advanced Excel skill preferred
- Applicants should be strong in Communication Skill, Drive for Results and Comfortable dealing with ambiguous situation
- Candidate must be independent, hardworking, responsible, good team player able to work under pressure highly committed to the job
