Description and Requirements

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting business growth thru Strong planning, building and stabilizing business management system. These include strategy planning, reporting, designing biz management system, and introducing new tools and reports to improve productivity and visibility across Asia Pacific region.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Supports the consistent implementation of company strategies and initiatives

. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts

. Analyze customer, industry and market trends to generate market intelligence report & status updates

. Identify areas of operational performance improvements and lead programs to efficiency gains

. Provide performance insights and proposed actions to sales leaders to drive increased performance

. As needed coordinates planning activities with other stake holding functions & deep dives to derive actionable strategies in trouble areas

. Works closely with sales management and segment leaders to improve predictability and linearity and prioritize opportunities for improvement

. Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion

. Provides and distributes different reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed

. Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key stakeholders

. Participate in team meetings to develop and drive for process enhancement

REQUIREMENTS:

. University degree with min 6 years experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or Business Analysis

. Experience conducting competitive intelligence research, preferably in the high-tech industry is an advantage

. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and good command of MS office software, preferable with knowledge in SQL / Qliksense / Power BI

. Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting competitive intelligence research, preferably in the high-tech industry is an advantage

. Exposure to Biz analytics and proficiency in using PowerPoint, advanced Excel skill preferred

. Applicants should be strong in Communication Skill, Drive for Results and Comfortable dealing with ambiguous situation

. Candidate must be independent, hardworking, responsible, good team player able to work under pressure & highly committed to the job
