Annotation Team Lead

About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AI Annotation Team Lead to lead our data annotation team while actively contributing to the annotation process.

This is a hands-on role that requires performing word alignment and annotation, along with ensuring high-quality output, reviewing team deliverables, and maintaining productivity across the team.

Key responsibilities:

• 6 hours: Hands-on word alignment and annotation.
• 4 hours: Reviewing completed work, quality assurance, ensuring daily output targets are met, mentoring team members, and managing the team's day-to-day operations.
