Job Title: Animator

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Experience: 3-5 years of professional animation experience, preferably in a digital advertising or creative agency. (Experience from other industries will not be considered for this position)

CTC Offered: Upto 5 LPA.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a talented and creative Animator with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team at a leading digital advertising agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their animation skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life across various digital platforms. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce visually compelling animations that align with the brand's vision and objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Create engaging animations for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and other online platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop animation concepts, storyboards, and design elements.
• Develop 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and interactive content for various advertising projects.
• Ensure that all animations meet brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and project managers to bring creative ideas to life.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in animation, digital media, and advertising to produce cutting-edge content.
• Optimize animations for performance across different devices and platforms.
• Edit and iterate on projects based on client feedback, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Professional Skills:

• 3-5 years of professional animation experience, preferably in a digital advertising or creative agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation styles and techniques (2D, 3D, motion graphics).
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent tools.
• Basic understanding of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of UI/UX animations for websites and apps.
• Experience in character animation or interactive media.
• Basic understanding of HTML5/CSS for web animations.
