The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of storytelling and technologycapable of producing high-end motion graphics while using AI tools to speed up workflows, generate assets, and create visual effects that were impossible a year ago.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing: Craft compelling narratives for [Social Media/Ads/Corporate] using Premiere Pro.
- Motion Graphics: Design and animate 2D/3D assets using After Effects.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools (like Flow, Midjourney, etc) for upscaling, frame interpolation, generative fill, and style transfer.
- Workflow Optimization: Implement AI-driven audio cleaning, automated captioning, and b-roll generation to increase production speed.
- Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring creative concepts to life.
Required Skills & Tools
- The Big Three: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- AI Toolkit: Proven experience with generative video tools and image generators.
- Animation: Strong understanding of timing, easing, and typography in motion.
- Problem Solving: A hacker mindsetwilling to test new plugins and beta tools to stay ahead of the curve.
