About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Animator to lead the development of engaging motion graphics, animated videos, social media content, and digital campaigns for diverse brands. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling abilities, expertise in animation tools, and experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Animation & Motion Design

• Create high-quality animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital campaigns.
• Develop engaging animated content for social media, websites, paid ads, presentations, and brand films.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Design animated assets, transitions, typography, and explainer videos.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Client Servicing teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns.
• Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Review and maintain quality standards across animation deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior animators and motion designers.

Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated with animation trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging digital formats.
• Experiment with new techniques to enhance content engagement and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in animation, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

• Strong understanding of motion design principles, storytelling, timing, and typography.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
