Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Artist / Animator / Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in motion graphics, poster animations, LED screen animations, video editing, and visual storytelling for digital and real estate marketing campaigns.

The candidate will play a key role in developing engaging visual content that enhances brand communication and creates high-impact marketing campaigns for premium real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging motion graphics and animation videos for real estate marketing campaigns
• Design and animate digital posters, social media creatives, reels, and promotional content
• Develop LED screen animations for events, launches, exhibitions, and outdoor branding
• Edit promotional videos, walkthroughs, corporate films, advertisements, and social media videos
• Collaborate with the creative, branding, and marketing teams to execute campaign concepts
• Add visual effects, transitions, typography, sound design, and animation elements to enhance content quality
• Understand project briefs and transform concepts into visually compelling content
• Maintain brand consistency across all video and animation deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with latest animation trends, editing techniques, and creative tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Cinema 4D / Blender (preferred)
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, transitions, and storytelling
• Experience in poster animation, LED animations, and social media video formats
• Knowledge of real estate marketing creatives will be an added advantage
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in advertising agencies or creative studios
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
• Knowledge of sound editing and color correction
• Ability to conceptualize innovative visual ideas independently
