We're looking for a Video Editor & Motion Animator who can transform ideas into compelling visual narratives across platforms.
This is a full-time, studio-based role in our Gurgaon office, working alongside designers, strategists, and creative teams on powerful production systems.
Role Overview:
You will shape raw footage, concepts, and scripts into polished video and motion outputs - from short-form social edits to brand films and motion-driven web experiences.
This role blends editing precision, animation craft, and modern AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta platforms, websites, and brand films
- Create motion graphics and animation for explainers, marketing videos, and storytelling formats
- Develop motion assets using templates as well as original animations from scratch
- Combine footage, sound design, typography, and graphics into refined final outputs
- Adapt videos into multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific deliverables
- Use AI-assisted workflows and prompt-based tools to enhance visuals, subtitles, and production speed
- Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and content teams during production cycles
RequiredQualifications
- 13 years of experience in video editing or motion animation (agency or studio preferred)
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing and motion work
- Understanding of pacing, storytelling, typography, and visual composition
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a creative agency environment
- Exposure to AI tools for video, subtitles, or visual generation
- Basic understanding of web video formats and performance optimisation
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar modern editing tools
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator for motion asset preparation
- Strong attention to detail, timing, and visual storytelling
