Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled
Animation and Sketching Faculty to train and mentor students in the field of animation, design, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in industry-relevant tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and practical sessions on animation and sketching
Train students in
frame-by-frame animation, stop motion, and visual storytelling
Provide hands-on training in tools such as Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Blender
Guide students in
character design, rigging, and VFX/CGI fundamentals
Assign and review projects, case studies, and creative assignments
Support students in building strong portfolios
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into teaching
Required Skills & Expertise
Animation drawing (frame-by-frame)
Stop motion animation
Adobe Animate (or similar animation tools)
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Advanced Adobe After Effects (including character rigging)
VFX and CGI fundamentals
Blender (3D basics and animation)
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant degree/diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field
1+ years of teaching or industry experience in animation/design
Strong portfolio showcasing animation and creative work
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualities
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle classroom sessions and student queries effectively
