Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Web Development Lead with strong expertise in
.NET Core and
Angular, and hands‑on experience in modern full‑stack development within an enterprise environment. As a Lead, you will own end‑to‑end solution design, guide a team of developers, ensure code quality, and deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead design, development, and deployment of full‑stack web applications using .NET Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, and Angular.
Drive architectural decisions, technical strategies, and best practices across the engineering team.
Review code, guide junior developers, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
Full‑Stack Development
Build responsive and intuitive Angular (v10+) front-end applications.
Develop scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend logic using .NET Core.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
Cloud & Integration
Deploy and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, API Management).
Integrate with third‑party systems, databases, and enterprise ecosystems.
Quality, Performance & Security
Ensure application performance through profiling, tuning, and optimization.
Implement secure coding standards and enforce OWASP best practices.
Drive unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
Manage sprint planning, work allocation, estimation, and status reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications (Azure Developer/Architect, Angular, etc.) are a plus.
- Backend: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API
- Frontend: Angular (v10+), TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
- Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL experience
- Cloud: Azure App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, Azure DevOps
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes (optional)
- Architecture: Microservices, distributed systems, API-first design
- Strong understanding of design patterns (SOLID, Clean Architecture)
