Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Partner at Shoal. The Partner will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, cultivating meaningful relationships with stakeholders and partners, and driving the adoption of Shoal's synchronous social platform. Tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance user engagement. The ideal candidate will also contribute to building partnerships, expanding Shoal's reach, and aligning with the company's mission and core philosophy.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with social media trends, user engagement strategies, and community-building techniques
  • Ability to think analytically and work on innovative solutions for digital engagement
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Comfortable working remotely, with strong time management and independent problem-solving skills
