Job Description

Provide anesthesia services for assigned operating lists as a Consultant Intensivist with Specialist Registration in Anaesthesia.
Attend to patients in Intensive Care, High Dependency Units, or other departments as required.
Participate in intensive care medicine rosters in liaison with the Director of Intensive Care.
Provide consultative services to other departments as needed.
Assist in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, operative surgical lists, and on-call duties, as appropriate.
Participate in staff training for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and liaise with relevant committees.
Organize and participate in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching for medical, nursing, and other staff.
Engage in research, audits, and administration related to anesthesia and intensive care services.
Participate in emergency duty rosters and support hospital administration activities.
Experience with ECLS or heart/lung transplant is desirable but not mandatory.
