Android Virtualization Engineer

Hiring | Android Virtualization Engineer | Automotive | Pune | 5–7 Years Experience

We are looking for a skilled Android Virtualization Engineer with strong expertise in Android Automotive OS (AAOS)

Key Responsibilities

• Enable virtualization platform development using Android Cuttlefish and crosvm on Automotive SoC platforms

• Build and integrate Cuttlefish and crosvm on Yocto / BitBake

• Enable AAOS bring-up using prebuilt Android Cuttlefish images

• Work on ADB connectivity and Android guest debugging

• Support Android BSP integration activities

• Work on VirtIO backend and device virtualization

• Collaborate with BSP, Android, and platform teams for system integration

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)

- Experience with Android Cuttlefish and crosvm

- Strong understanding of VirtIO architecture and device virtualization

- Hands-on experience with KVM-based virtualization

- Good understanding of hypervisor concepts and VM architecture

- Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS)

- Experience with Android BSP bring-up

Yocto / BitBake Skills (Preferred)

- Hands-on experience with Yocto / BitBake

- Experience with Linux BSP integration

- Experience with cross-compilation environments

- Knowledge of Rust/Cargo-based build systems is preferred

Programming Skills

- Strong C/C++ programming

- Good knowledge of Shell scripting and debugging
