They provide expert services across areas such as health and safety, fire safety, asbestos management, water hygiene, working at height, and professional training all designed to support regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

Role Overview

They are looking for a Senior Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality Android applications for their software products. You'll own application architecture, code quality, and technical delivery while collaborating closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams. This is a senior hands-on role focused on delivering reliable, scalable solutions and shaping Android best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using modern development patterns.
• Own application architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Deliver clean, secure, and well-tested code.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to support full software delivery lifecycle.
• Champion Android best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Monitor app performance, diagnose issues, and ensure reliability across devices.

Experience

Essential:

• 3+ years experience as an Android Developer in a commercial environment.
• Strong experience with Android SDK, APIs, and modern development patterns.
• Agile delivery experience and strong problem-solving/debugging skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.

Desirable:

• Experience with modern Android frameworks, libraries, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to API integration, automated testing, or regulated environments.

This is a hybrid position paying up to INR 1,690,000 per annum.
