Aegan Technologies is looking for an experienced Android Lead to join a CMMI Level 3 client in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Android application development along with leadership capabilities.

Experience:7 to 10 yrs

Client: CMMI Level 3 Organization

Location: Bangalore (BLR)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

7+ years of experience in Android application development.

Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose.

Hands-on with Android SDK, UI design, Material Design, and best practices.

Skilled in Android lifecycle, Services, Broadcast Receivers, Content Providers, and SQLite.

Knowledge of OOP, multithreading, memory management, and clean coding principles.

Experience with design patterns: MVC, MVP, Observer, Singleton.

Proficient with tools: SVN, JIRA, Jenkins.

Experience with API integration, Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics), and Google Play Services.

Good to have: IoT/BLE, Coroutines, Data/View Binding, Google Wear, SDK/Product development.
