Description
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Tester to join our team, focusing on Workforce Planning, P&L, and Balance Sheet functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in testing Anaplan applications and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans for Anaplan solutions related to Workforce Planning, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of testing with business needs.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Conduct regression testing and validate fixes and enhancements in the Anaplan environment.
- Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Provide feedback to the development team to improve product quality and usability.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in testing and quality assurance, preferably in Anaplan solutions.
- Strong understanding of Anaplan functionalities related to Workforce Planning, P&L, and Balance Sheet.

Role Overview
TheAnaplanTesterwillsupport BAU and change testing forAnaplanWorkforce Planning, P&L, and Balance Sheet models. The role is focused on validating calculations, data integrity, reporting outputs, and financial accuracy withinAnaplan.
Note:This role doesnotinclude User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Testing activities are limited to system, functional, regression, and BAU validation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Handson experience testingAnaplanmodels (mandatory).
- Experience testing P&L and Balance Sheet logic withinAnaplan(mandatory).
- Strong understanding of:
- Workforce Planning concepts (Headcount, FTE, Payroll, Actuals)
- Financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Strong data validation and analytical skills.
- Experience working in offshore delivery models.
- Ability to execute defined test cases independently and meet delivery timelines.
