We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Test Lead for Workforce Planning (BAU) to join our team in India. This role involves leading the testing efforts for Anaplan projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing phase for Anaplan Workforce Planning projects to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various testing stages including unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define testing strategies.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior testing team members on best practices and methodologies for testing in Anaplan.
  • Prepare and present test status reports to management and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in testing or quality assurance in Anaplan projects, specifically in workforce planning.

Role Overview

The OffshoreAnaplanTest Lead will be responsible for leading BusinessAsUsual (BAU) and change testing activities forAnaplanWorkforce Planning solutions. The role will oversee offshore testing resources and act as the primary QA lead supporting Reporting Hub models and actuals processing for hourly employees.

This role requires handsonAnaplanWorkforce Planning testing experience and prior ownership of BAU support in a productionAnaplanenvironment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience testingAnaplanWorkforce Planning solutions (mandatory).
  • Proven BAU support experience in a productionAnaplanenvironment.
  • Experience supporting Reporting Hub or multimodel (Hub & Spoke)Anaplanarchitectures.
  • Solid understanding of workforce and labor data, including:
  • Headcount, FTE, payroll, and hourly employee actuals
  • Experience leading offshore QA teams.
  • Strong defect management and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to integrations with HR or Finance systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
  • Experience withAnaplanALM environments and release cycles.
