Key Responsibilities
Developing and Maintaining Anaplan Models
- Develop Anaplan models for business processes such as Forecasting & Budgeting, Revenue Planning, Long-Range/Strategic Planning (LRP), Workforce/Headcount Planning, Cost Allocation, CapEx, etc.
- Design model architecture, data schema, and calculation methods with focus on usability and performance.
- Maintain models by adding new functionalities, integrating AI features, fixing issues, and improving model accuracy.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to improve model health.
- Ensure efficient and accurate data processing workflows for Anaplan models through monitoring and validation.
- Apply standard Anaplan model-building procedures aligned with Nasdaq standards and Anaplan best practices.
Technical Documentation and Collaboration
- Create technical documentation outlining model-building processes, deployment, and operating instructions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop data integration pipelines from source systems into Anaplan.
- Build strong relationships with business model owners, customers, and end-users.
Agile Scrum Processes and User Involvement
- Actively participate in scrum processes, including user story refinement, backlog prioritization, and sprint ceremonies.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), script creation, and model deployment.
Training and Adoption Support
- Deliver training and support to end-users to encourage adoption of Anaplan models.
