Senior Architect for Anaplan and Fluence Tech

Job Description:

The Senior Architect for Anaplan and Fluence Tech will lead the design, implementation, and management of integrated planning solutions using Anaplan and Fluence technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in performance management consulting, driving organizational improvements by aligning strategy, technology, and people. The Senior Architect will oversee cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture and Delivery:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex planning solutions using Anaplan and Fluence Tech platforms to address business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose solutions that optimize processes and enhance functionality.
  • Oversee the integration of Anaplan and Fluence Tech with other systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to a growing team of Anaplan and Fluence Tech professionals.
  • Set high standards for solution architecture, quality, and project timelines.
  • Conduct team meetings, performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to both the team and organizational stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with strategic objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing project updates, identifying challenges, and presenting solutions.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Stay current with the latest trends and features of Anaplan and Fluence Tech, incorporating them into solutions and team development.
  • Adapt existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems, using sound judgment in decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in performance management consulting, focusing on planning functions.
  • Expertise in Anaplan and Fluence Tech platforms, with a strong record of successful solution delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage complex projects, and drive organizational improvements.
