Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and oversee assigned trademark portfolios.
Handle trademark prosecution, opposition, and rectification matters before relevant authorities.
Draft, review, and file applications, oppositions, counter-statements, and responses.
Advise clients on trademark availability, filing strategies, and brand protection.
Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel for effective case management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trademark-related activities.
Support senior leadership in business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in Trademark law and IP practice.
Education: Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; Masters in IP Law preferred.

Required Skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in a similar role within a reputable IP law firm or corporate legal department.
Working knowledge of international trademark laws and filing systems (e.g., Madrid Protocol).
Strong client-handling and advisory capabilities.
