This role sits in Marketing Growth & Innovation, part of Card Services within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.
As an Analytics Solutions Associate within Consumer & Community Banking, you'll join the Pricing Execution team to design, monitor, and improve pricing processes. You'll identify automation opportunities, enhance controls, investigate exceptions, and drive AI-enabled efficiencies across reporting and governance. This role requires strong pricing operations, analytics, and automation skills to modernize legacy processes and deliver scalable solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Review pricing controls, monitoring frameworks, and reporting processes used across the pricing ecosystem to Identify opportunities to implement new controls, strengthen existing monitoring, and improve transparency across pricing execution processes.
- Assess existing pricing execution reports, exception reports, to design and optimize exception management logic to automate and reduce manual intervention.
- Partner with business, product, operations, risk, technology, and control teams to highlight issues, quantify impact, and drive remediation.
- Perform deep-dive investigative analysis on large volumes of pricing data, exceptions, and operational breaks to identify root causes, recurring themes, and process bottlenecks.
- Develop automated analytical workflows (SAS, Alteryx, Python) to triage, disposition, and prioritize exceptions more efficiently.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Alteryx, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and related data platforms.
- Evaluate opportunities to apply AI / GenAI / intelligent automation to improve investigative analysis, control documentation, operating procedures, knowledge retrieval, issue summarization, and workflow efficiency.
- Support the development of scalable monitoring and decision-support solutions, including rule-based automation, anomaly detection concepts, and AI-assisted productivity use cases where appropriate.
- Support internal audit, compliance, and control testing requirements by maintaining traceable evidence and well-documented process flows.
- Help build a forward-looking execution and implementation capability that is more automated, data-driven, controlled, and AI-enabled.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering with analytical solutions development, automations and banking analytics experience.
- Worked in a Risk and control environment in any domain especially managing the teams control procedures and documentation of those.
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills with an ability to influence business leaders in a meaningful and actionable manner, networking.
- Experience in developing automation frameworks and end to end solutions leveraging Alteryx, python, SAS and Snowflake.
- 5+ Experience with SAS/Snowflake/Python for data analysis, automation, workflow optimization, or reporting enhancements.
- Experience with AI-enabled operational transformation, workflow orchestration, and reporting automation with Intelligent automation / GenAI productivity use cases.
- Exposure to enterprise AI enablement, LLM-assisted workflows, or automation transformation programs.
