What you will do
- Analyse data and build solutions from insights.
- Provide actionable insights to management for strategic planning.
- Analyse metrics and root causes to improve processes and KPIs.
- Support business development and design efficient processes.
- Drive resource optimisation and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Engage internal partners to meet customer service & transport KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and validate new/existing tools.
- Lead continuous improvement for the PACE business.
What you will need
- 69 years in Business Intelligence / Analytics.
- Proven experience as an Analytics Manager.
- Strong SQL, Python, and regression/analysis skills.
- 3+ years managing teams.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
