You'll partner directly with our executive team, build a world class analytics team, and own the data narrative that drives our multi-million dollar marketing investments and market entry strategies. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a critical function within a high growth, profitable startup.

  • Build and Mentor a World-Class Team: You will hire, manage, and develop a team of talented data analysts. You'll foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and impact, leveling up the team's skills in analytics, storytelling, and commercial thinking.
  • Drive Business Impact: Go beyond insights to drive tangible outcomes. You will design and analyse A/B tests, build sophisticated attribution models, and create frameworks to measure the ROI of every growth initiative, ensuring our efforts are both impactful and efficient.

What skills & experience do you need

  • A Leader and Influencer: You have demonstrable experience managing and mentoring analysts, coupled with a proven ability to partner with and influence senior business stakeholders (Director, VP level).

  • Deep Domain Expertise: You have hands-on experience untangling the complexities of digital marketing and business analytics. You're comfortable dissecting performance marketing channels (Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, CRM) and modeling business drivers like LTV and CAC.
  • Technical Proficiency: Your technical toolkit is sharp. You possess advanced proficiency in SQL for complex analysis and are comfortable with a scripting language like Python or R for statistical modeling. Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and data warehousing concepts is essential.
  • A Pragmatic and Strategic Mindset: You are an analytical, creative thinker who can navigate ambiguity. You have a bias for action and know how to make the right trade-offs between speed, depth, and accuracy to deliver maximum impact.
  • Passion for the Mission: You are genuinely excited by the challenge of using data to help people discover and experience the world.
