Role Description

We are looking for an 2-6 experienced AI/ML Engineer who can design, build, and scale AI/ML solutions while leading a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will bridge business problems and AI solutions, own end-to-end ML delivery, and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines (batch and/or near real-time)
• Develop ETL/ELT processes to ingest data from multiple sources
• Optimize data models and queries for analytics and reporting
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with analytics and ML teams to enable data-driven solutions
• Maintain documentation and data governance standards

Required Skills

• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines and orchestration tools
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS/GCP/Azure/Snowflake
