Analytics Analyst - Quality

The Analytics Analyst - Quality serves as the operational arm of data analytics, supporting data governance decisions, maintaining data quality documentation, and training end users on analytics solutions. The role involves facilitating data governance processes, integrating data sources, cleansing data, supporting analytics projects, and enforcing data collection standards. The analyst also assists stakeholders in accessing relevant data and participates in communities of practice to promote responsible analytics use.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Visualization

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Create and optimize data models to ensure efficient data visualization and performance.
• Apply statistical techniques to analyze business data and identify key trends and patterns.

Data Modeling & ETL

• Assist in building and maintaining ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Develop and manage relational data models to support analytics and reporting requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data processing and validation.

Python for Data Automation & Analysis

• Implement Python scripts for data processing, automation, and basic analytics tasks.
• Utilize Python to clean, transform, and analyze data for enhanced decision-making.

Application Development & Automation

• Develop and automate business processes using Power Apps to enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrate Power Apps with Power BI, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems to streamline workflows.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing existing Power Apps, PowerBI solutions.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with senior analysts and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing data-driven insights and reports.
• Document processes, models, and technical solutions for knowledge sharing and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of work experience.
• Experience with large datasets and understanding of data structures.
• Exposure to manufacturing analytics or related industries is an advantage.
