Veracy Consulting provides Consulting and Development services to Energy Trading & Risk Management clients. The candidate will support daily operational activities, incident handling, monitoring, and coordination with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 2nd-level application support to our clients for Market Risk and Credit Risk systems.
• Diagnose and resolve day-to-day Incidents and Service Requests within agreed KPI limits.
• Record all Incidents on Ticketing Platform and providing timely feedback to the Business stakeholders.
• Implement Team processes to handle all support activities.
• Update documentation on known issues and their resolution.
• Liaise with other support/development Teams to resolve cross-system issues.
• Work with the Development Team as a liaison from the Support Team, contributing to the planning and testing of enhancement requests or projects. 

Technical Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with:

MS SQL Server or Oracle

ETL development

Tabular models and DAX

Power BI dashboards and data models

• Exposure to .NET/C# or API integrations.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices
• Understanding of Trading and Risk Management platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud tools (e.g., Data Lake, Blob Storage) is a plus.
