Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Execute regional inventory planning, replenishment, and deployment strategies across the supply chain network.
  • Optimize inventory positioning across central, regional, and local distribution centers to maximize service and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory allocation decisions and monitor inventory health to mitigate shortages, excess stock, and service risks.
  • Drive inventory optimization initiatives focused on improving inventory turns, working capital, and service performance.
  • Develop inventory dashboards, forecasts, KPI reports, and analytical insights to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate inter-warehouse and inter-regional inventory transfers while evaluating deployment scenarios and cost impacts.
  • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes through inventory projections, risk assessments, and launch readiness planning.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization, automation, system enhancements, and digital transformation projects.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory planning, supply planning, demand planning, supply chain analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Strong expertise in inventory optimization, replenishment planning, safety stock management, and MRP methodologies.
  • Experience working with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), forecasting, and scenario modeling processes.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate data-driven recommendations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence mindset, with the ability to thrive in complex environments.
