Analyst - Venture Capital

Location: Mumbai | Blue Ashva Capital

Blue Ashva Capital is a multi asset global fund house headquartered in Singapore and India, with a Wealth Management arm in Bengaluru. Together, we allocate $1B across Venture & Growth Equity, Structured Credit, and Public Equities.

We are hiring two Analysts, including one tech-focused Analyst with a strong engineering background (IIT or equivalent leading institution preferred) and a genuine interest in product and technology ecosystems.

This is a full-stack investing role. You will work directly with the Investment Manager and Partner's Office across:

• Deal Sourcing Build founder funnels, track pipelines, represent the fund in the ecosystem

• Research Deep sector analysis, competitive mapping, IC briefs

• Financial Modelling Unit economics, scenario analysis, valuation benchmarking

• Diligence Analyse data rooms, identify risks, coordinate with advisors

• Portfolio Support Track KPIs, runway, and assist founders strategically

• Fundraising Support LP decks, research, data rooms, pipeline tracking

  
  

• Evaluate product architecture, tech stack, and scalability

• Assess defensibility and technical risk

• Engage with CTOs and product teams during diligence

  
  
  
  

Who We're Looking For

Must Haves

• Structured, analytical thinker with strong research depth

• High ownership, low ego, comfort in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication

Preferred

• Engineering / Finance / Economics background

• CA / CFA (not mandatory)

• 1-2 years experience in VC, PE, consulting, IB, or high-growth startups

• Strong Excel modelling skills

• For tech role: strong engineering pedigree (IIT or equivalent leading institution), product curiosity, ability to think from first principles

• Exposure to automation tools (Notion, Airtable, AI workflows)

• Public writing, research portfolio, GitHub, or analytical work
