Role Overview
Analyst, Talent Management will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes, ensuring seamless execution, strong analytical rigor, and high stakeholder engagement. This role requires the ability to connect data, insights, and outcomes across talent initiatives while demonstrating high ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end talent management processes
- Own process execution from planning to closure, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and quality delivery
- Analyze data and connect the dots across multiple inputs to generate actionable insights
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate data into meaningful recommendations
- Draft high-impact presentations and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint for leadership reviews
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities within talent programs
- Drive continuous improvement through structured thinking and best-practice adoption

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated capability to think holistically and connect insights across systems, people, and outcomes
- Strong ATD (Attention to Detail) with a high bar for accuracy and consistency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate insights to senior stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, formulas, automation)
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint for executive-ready decks
- High ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, not just activities
