What You'll Do
First 30 Days Learn & Observe
- Work alongside Tealbox veterans to understand our marketing consulting approach.
- Gain hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
- Understand campaign structures, bid optimizations, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making.
Next 60 Days Execute & Optimize
- Own a portfolio of clientsdirectly manage and optimize paid media campaigns.
- Analyze & interpret marketing data to inform campaign performance and optimization.
- Conduct performance audits and data-backed recommendations.
- Develop marketing strategies that bridge execution with business objectives.
Beyond 90 Days Scale & Lead
- Manage larger, more complex accounts across diverse industries and geographies.
- Engage in multi-channel marketing strategy development.
- Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring long-term growth and retention.
- Work on cross-functional projects, integrating data science, automation, and creative strategy.

Compensation & Qualifications
Salary Range: 512 LPA (depending on experience and expertise).
Experience: 13 years in performance marketing, digital strategy, client success or any consulting experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business strategy
- Experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into marketing decisions.
- Comfort with automation, AI tools, and marketing technology.
