Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Analyst role based in Bhubaneswar. The Analyst will be responsible for performing data analysis, interpreting trends, creating actionable insights, and supporting various risk, compliance, and AI governance initiatives. Daily tasks will include collaborating on projects related to model risk management, financial crime compliance, and trade surveillance by leveraging advanced analytical tools and platforms. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, presentations, and conducting research to support decision-making and regulatory compliance efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, including proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
- Experience in risk management, compliance, or financial crime analysis, with knowledge of relevant regulations and frameworks.
- Expertise in AI governance, quality assurance, or model validation is an advantage.
- Proven ability in research, reporting, and creating clear documentation for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Previous experience in the financial services, technology, or similar industry is a plus.
