- Onboard client investment portfolios by reviewing and interpreting legal agreements and understanding servicer or trustee reporting requirements.
- Work closely with clients to support risk and exposure monitoring across transactions.
- Calculate and monitor covenants, concentration limits, eligibility criteria, concentration tests, Borrowing Base calculations, and other key performance metrics/tests.
- Build financial models and reports as per client requirements and analyze historical performance to identify key drivers and assess overall performance.
- Liaise with the Business Analyst and Implementation teams to ensure data integrity and accurate logic within proprietary platforms.
- Provide enhanced portfolio surveillance and proactively communicate critical insights related to overall portfolio performance.
Requirements
- Broad understanding of Structured Finance products, Corporate Credit, Asset‑Based Lending (ABL), CLOs, and Middle‑Market Portfolio Financing.
- Strong foundation in core financial and accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in financial modelling using Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict, time‑sensitive deadlines.
