Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Executive based in Gurugram. The Operation Executive will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth logistics, coordination, and execution of services. Responsibilities include managing and enhancing operational workflows, analyzing performance, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and handling day-to-day communication to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client queries, updates, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate daily job planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
  • Monitor and oversee day-to-day operations and prepare operational reports.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Support administrative activities and client coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency across assigned tasks.
  • Handle data management and reporting using Microsoft Applications and Excel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel.
  • Good coordination, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of operations and client service processes.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in operations, customer service, or coordination roles will be an advantage.
