Analyst / Senior Analyst, Private Markets Investor Reporting & Client Services (Bangalore, India)

A leading global alternative investment platform is seeking an Analyst / Senior Analyst to support investor reporting and institutional client servicing activities across private markets investment strategies.

This role offers exposure to investor communications, fundraising support, performance reporting, and institutional client deliverables, working closely with global investment and investor relations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of investor reporting materials, factsheets, track records, and performance summaries
• Assist with Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs, RFIs, and institutional client requests
• Prepare presentation materials and reporting packs for investors and internal stakeholders
• Maintain reporting repositories and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with global investor relations and fundraising teams
• Support process improvement initiatives and reporting efficiency projects
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and client-related requests

Key Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• At least 2 - 4+ years of experience in investor reporting, private markets, fundraising support, fund reporting, or financial services
• Strong communication skills and proven experience managing stakeholders in a global setup
• Exposure to private equity, private credit, investor relations, or institutional reporting is advantageous
• Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
