Lead Analyst, Investor Relations & Fundraising Support (Bangalore, India)

A leading global investment platform is seeking a Lead Analyst to support investor relations, fundraising, and institutional client reporting activities across alternative investment strategies.

This role offers direct exposure to investor communications, fundraising initiatives, due diligence processes, and institutional client engagement while partnering with global investment and investor relations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support investor relations and fundraising activities across private markets strategies
• Prepare and review DDQs, investor requests, fundraising materials, and marketing presentations
• Coordinate institutional client reporting and investor communications
• Assist with LP requests, fund updates, and due diligence documentation
• Maintain reporting repositories and knowledge management systems
• Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies
• Mentor junior team members and support quality control processes
• Partner closely with global investor relations, fundraising, and product teams

Key Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising support, private markets reporting, or institutional client services
• Exposure to Private Equity, Private Credit, Alternative Investments, or Asset Management environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, preferably with experience working with international stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
