We are seeking an analyst to work closely with a team of attorneys and compliance professionals to help ensure that the firm's business activities are conducted in strict accordance with regulatory requirements, as part of the Compliance team based in the firm's office in Hyderabad and Gurugram. This position affords the opportunity for broad exposure to the firm's trading, operations, and software development groups, as well as the chance to handle real-time issues related to the firm's expanding suite of global investment products in a dynamic, constantly evolving regulatory environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
You will exercise sound judgment in reviewing pre-clearance requests, brokerage disclosures, and restricted list activity, identifying risk patterns and advising stakeholders on appropriate actions. You will lead complex investigations into potential policy breaches, partnering with Legal, Compliance, HR, and business leadership to ensure timely resolution. You will also enhance the Code of Ethics monitoring program by refining frameworks, strengthening policies, and leveraging data-driven insights to support effective governance. You will assist in filing regulatory obligations which require complex quantitative and qualitative analysis of the firm's data. You will work on long-term projects with development and analytics teams to maintain the firm's high standards of compliance.

The ideal candidate should hold-
Basic qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA/PGDM) along with 1-3 years of work experience in the financial services industry
- Result-oriented mindset, self-motivation, robust analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, high attention to detail, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills
- An understanding of securities regulations, Code of Ethics framework and financial instruments
Preferred qualifications:
- Technical skills such as Python, Power Query, Power BI, or similar tools
