The Analyst will analyze seller and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities across the seller lifecycle. The role involves tracking KPIs, preparing dashboards and reports, and generating actionable insights to enhance seller performance and operational efficiency. The role will work closely with operations, product, and business teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
You will:
- Track and report key Seller Ops metrics (onboarding, activation, performance, cancellations, returns, SLA adherence).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and MIS reports.
- Perform basic to intermediate data analysis to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Support root cause analysis for seller-related operational problems.
- Work closely with Seller Ops and Product teams to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
- Assist in process improvement initiatives through data insights
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis and business queries from stakeholders
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in an Analyst / Business Analyst / Operations Analyst role.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Good understanding of metrics and KPI tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
