Analyst,SC Advanced Analytics - Data & Insights

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Participate in connects with stakeholders during project requirements gathering, updates, feedback sessions, and stand-ups
• Explore data across multiple sources including Data Lake, Oracle, SQL, AFO, SAP, etc.
• Perform complex ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) operations on large datasets using efficient transformation techniques based on tools
• Create new reports, tools, automations, and dashboards for business stakeholders to drive insights and enable better decision-making
• Deliver time savings through internal process automations
• Possess strong knowledge of Tableau architecture (design and development), SQL, query optimization, and end-user experience
• Understand and navigate through back-end data architecture and troubleshoot any data-related issues
• Ensure that project-related documentation is up-to-date and accurate
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality
• Support short-term capability sustainment efforts
• Keep project notes and documents current and verified
• Assist in onboarding new team members
• Conduct basic onboarding training sessions
• Proactively participate in technical and soft skills training
• Participate in or lead engagement activities across the SC Analytics team
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Full-time graduation from an accredited university (mandatory)
• Degrees accepted: BSc/MSc, B.E., B.Tech., MBA (Operations/SC), BCA/MCA
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, including queries and procedures
• Advanced MS Excel skills: Pivots, array formulas, functions (e.g., SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, MAXIF), and conditional formatting
• VBA: Functions, procedures, macro development, and error handling
• Tableau dashboard development and visualization experience
• Basic project execution-level management; strong analytical and prioritization skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
