What You'll Do

The Revenue Cycle Analyst role is responsible for setting up new projects and contracts within the company's ERP systems. This role ensures the accurate configuration of billing structures, adherence to contract terms, and readiness for timely invoicing. By supporting efficient revenue processes, the Analyst helps maintain strong cash flow and delivers a seamless financial experience for customers.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding of new projects, contracts and transactions into ERP systems
  • Review project documentation, proposals, and contracts to identify billing terms (milestones, progress billing, AIA, service agreements, etc.)
  • Configure billing setups for project-based revenue, recurring managed services and support contracts and transactional sales
  • Partner with sales, project management, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate project and billing alignment
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, lien requirements, and applicable regulations
  • Support global and multi-location billing requirements across enterprise clients
  • Assist with initial invoice generation
  • Provide support for customer billing portals by establishing vendor trading relationships, setting up new user profiles, and assisting with troubleshooting to enhance the overall user experience
  • Provide guidance to internal teams on processes and system workflows

Must-Haves

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in construction billing, project accounting, or onboarding
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to exercise solid judgment with sound problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice-To-Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
