We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RTR Process Manager to lead our Record-to-Report (RTR) function, ensuring excellence in financial accounting, reporting, and process optimization. This role is pivotal in delivering month-end close, financial analysis, compliance with accounting principles, and stakeholder engagement across various business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end RTR process, including month-end and quarter-end closing, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entry preparation and review.
- Manage OneStream uploads and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial data consolidation and analysis.
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a specific domain/vertical, owning all accounting and reporting responsibilities.
- Partner with Business Finance and other stakeholders on strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
- Support and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Drive and support ERP implementation/enhancement projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to internal control frameworks and accounting standards (US GAAP).
- Actively participate in audit processes and internal control testing.
- Maintain strong, regular stakeholder connections to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Promote ethical standards and compliance with all accounting principles.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction in all deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- 10–15 years of experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting operations in a global organization.
- Prior experience in FP&A and business finance roles, preferably in manufacturing or consulting firms.
- Expertise in OneStream, SAP, Oracle, and HFM reporting tools.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong capability in presentation creation and delivery to senior leadership (including PowerPoint).
- Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methodologies or certification is an added advantage.
