Your Role

The Quality Services team (LS-QS) is the face to customer and dedicated to solving customer problems by providing support for Inquiries and Knowledge Management, strategic accounts, Customer Agreements, and process development. LS-BER-Q, extended part of global quality services (LS-QS) team supports the various functions internally. This position will support the Customer Product Declarations and Data Services.

The key deliverables would be

  • Handling Frontline queries regularly. Ensure that the queries are cleared as per agreed timelines.
  • Basic user Knowledge on the tools such as, M-Clarity / Palantir tool, MANGO, ASK, MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, Power App, Power Automate)
  • Basic user Knowledge on BOXI, SAP Systems P16, SAP Systems (PRE, PRD, PRP)
  • Basic user Knowledge on MyCompliance Info, SQM tool, CDMS+, xDOK, e-OMT tool, Trackwise, LEDOX
  • Basic user Knowledge on My Pronet, Product contact locator, OMT shared mailbox, Guideline letters mailbox, SFDC
  • Support strategic projects as required.

Who You Are

Science degree: Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related Scientific discipline preferred

  • 1-3 Years of experience in Quality Services and Customer Services
  • Computer skills including experience with MS Excel
  • Knowledge on retrosynthesis and Organic and Analytical Chemistry knowledge is must.
  • Computer skills including experience with MS Office applications and maybe database software
  • Ability to interact in a global team, in a matrixed organization.
