Role Overview

We are looking for an Analyst-Donor Management for the Institutional Advancement team. The role is designed to strengthen how Plaksha conceptualizes, articulates, and advances its institutional priorities with donors and partners. It brings together proposal development, strategic research, and institutional insight-building to support high value philanthropic engagement.The analyst will work closely with university leadership, faculty, and the Institutional Advancement team to develop high-quality proposals and donor materials, build a strong knowledge base on Plaksha's programs and growth priorities, and generate structured insights that inform donor strategy and engagement. The role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex academic and institutional inputs into clear, credible, and compelling external narratives.

Job Responsibilities

Fundraising Proposals & Donor Collateral: Develop donor-ready proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, and briefing documents, customized for CSR partners, foundations, HNIs, family offices, and global philanthropies.

Donor Research & Strategic Insights: Build structured donor intelligence briefs, track funding trends and opportunity areas to support donor targeting and engagement strategy.

Institutional Narratives & Knowledge Building: Develop collaterals on Plaksha's schools, centers, and strategic initiatives and contribute to building new fundraising products, gift frameworks, funding architectures, and impact propositions.

Data, Tracking & Leadership Support: Maintain trackers for proposals, pipelines, outreach, and outcomes and analyze past engagements to strengthen future proposals and positioning.

Impact Reporting & Gift Management: Support structured gift documentation, impact reporting, and donor update materials to strengthen stewardship, transparency, and long-term donor relationships.

Education & Experience

A bachelor's degree in management, economics, science, master's degree preferred.

4-5 years of experience in institutional fundraising, consulting, think tanks, higher-education strategy, or impact organizations. Prior exposure to proposals, research outputs, or donor-facing material is strongly preferred.
