About Business Line/Function
The ISPL Operations team includes different business units such as Securities Services, Wealth Management, Global Banking, Markets Operations (back office & middle office) and Client engagement & Financial Securities.
These business units provides services to global clients across Asia, Europe & US region coverage & some follow-the-sun activities offering a wide range of topics, which include custody operations, fund accounting, middle-office operations, static data management, trade clearing and settlement operations, securities lending, corporate action, Tax Operations, AML / KYC and other transversal services.

Role Purpose
Serve a portfolio of global clients across securities services, wealth management, and markets operations. Ensure accurate, timely processing of transactions, maintain highquality client interaction, and support compliance and risk standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions within agreed TAT/SLA; ensure errorfree execution.
- Prioritise workload, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective actions with Leads.
- Escalate unresolved items and communicate effectively with internal peers and international teams.
- Participate in crosstraining, knowledgetransfer, and continuousimprovement initiatives.
- Adhere to compliance, riskmanagement, and qualityassurance guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- 13years of InvestmentBanking Operations experience (custody, fund accounting, trade settlement, AML/KYC).
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong MSExcel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work any of the listed global shifts on a rotational basis.
