How will you make an impact in this role

Purpose of the Role:

This role is required to extend support to Global Operations in building automated solution, Enable AI implementation in Backoffice Operations and managing day-to-day data, draw inferences, identify gaps, establish trends, leverage innovation to transform the reporting and build smart dashboards. Incumbent will enable a strong decision support model to equip TCE leaders with relevant and critical business insights through best-in-class MIS and analysis, enabling them to make well-informed strategic decisions

Responsibilities:

Strong SQL, Tableau, Python, SAS, Power BI and Hive skills are needed for reporting and monitoring processes

. Provide Analytical & Decision Support to organization through advanced Statistical techniques and Data mining

.Craft a compelling PowerPoint narrative that effectively communicates your analysis to stakeholders, ensuring that it is easily comprehensible.

.Translation of complex analytical output into easily digested insights with clear recommendations

.Identifying opportunities for new automated & custom reporting & analytics solutions around all areas transaction lifecycle

.Have strong understanding of AI and its applicability in Backoffice

.Play a role of catalyst to enable AI adaption in Backoffice

. Acting as an SME on data front for all kind of Operational and SLT reporting

. Ensuring seamless delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports with other adhoc activities and analysis

. Execute fact-based analysis that helps the Operations in taking decisions to improve process performance

. Strengthen foundation by exploring bigdata platforms (CS, Lumi,HIVE, TLR etc.) for new tables/missing metrics and maintain/create data ODLs for MIS and analysis

. Partner and collaborate with teams and create insights/MIS that will help stakeholders to understand overall performance of servicing team

. Review and prepare monthly payout for Operational colleagues

. Drive insights from analytics and efficiencies by way of automation

. .Develop advanced understanding of data sources and potential usage scenarios.

.Identify new technologies and capabilities that can advance and future proof analytical solutions.

. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

. Maintain highest standards of productivity and ensure 100% quality and data accuracy

. High on integrity and personal accountability

. Be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic environment

This role may be subject to additional background verification checks

Critical Factors to Success:

. Strong Communication Skills, Team Player and Ability to navigate through a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously without close supervision

. Proven ability to work with global stakeholders

. Open to work any shift between 10:30 am to 10:30 pm window (Mostly fixed shifts but should be flexible to meet needs of the Business)

. Self-starter with ability to execute with Minimal Direction and strong attention to Detail

Past Experience:

. 3-6 years of overall experience and 3 years of related domain in Business Analysis.

Academic Background:

. The Person should hold a Master's / Bachelor's Degree.

Functional Skills/Capabilities:

. Strong Communication Skills, Team Player and Ability to navigate through a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously without close supervision.

Technical Skills/Capabilities:

. Ability to leverage technology to solve for reporting needs -Advance SQL, Power BI, Python/R, Cornerstone, Lumi, Hive etc.

.Extensive Exposure of MS tools advance MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access

. Data modelling experience is a must

Knowledge of Platforms:

. Prior Experience of working on Big Data, LUMI, IDN and Cornerstone will be an added advantage
