Job Description

  • Coordinating with UCC Level 3, Service Desk, and Local Support for operations and maintenance of Office 365 services.
  • Providing Level 2 support for Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues while identifying root causes and preventative actions.
  • Maintaining high-quality customer service to end users and collaborating with them to understand and resolve issues.
  • Driving efficiency through service improvement initiatives to reduce incidents and service requests.
  • Providing technical knowledge sessions to Service Desk and Local Support teams.
  • Graduated B.E or B-Tech.
  • 4-6 years of experience supporting Office 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange on-premise services.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Licensing, Exchange Online, and related services.
  • Good knowledge of Anti-Spam, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), and PowerShell scripting.
  • Understanding of email archiving, Data Loss Protection (DLP), eDiscovery, Retention Policies, and Litigation Hold.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 Admin Center and troubleshooting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bangalore and work in shifts.
