We are looking for an experienced Analyst with strong expertise in NetIQ Identity Manager (NIM) and NetIQ Access Manager (NAM) to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and are passionate about supporting and enhancing enterprise security solutions, we'd love to connect with you!

• Support and maintain existing IDM infrastructure and implement updates.
• Create and update IDM Workflows and IDM Drivers.
• Provide technical assistance for onboarding new connected systems.
• Act as an IDM SME for security groups, helpdesk, and end users.
• Perform IDM maintenance: driver health, LDAP directory, resource maintenance, patches, connectors, workflow/report writing, log management, DR testing.
• Troubleshoot complex issues within the NetIQ product suite.
• Document detailed design and integration manuals.
• Manage BAU support processes (SLA, incident/problem management).
