Job Description

Conduct in-depth research to identify attractive sub-sector opportunities and develop investment theses that align with the firm's strategy.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and financial data to support decision-making for potential investments.
Develop actionable strategies to enhance value creation across portfolio companies, focusing on operational and strategic improvements.
Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, and preparation of investment materials.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with portfolio company leadership, providing support on critical strategic initiatives and growth plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Analyst should have:

Bachelor's degree completed in 2023 or 2024, with a strong academic track record.
2-3 years of relevant experience in management consulting, private equity or similar analytical roles.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with high motivation and strong interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in advanced analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx) is a plus, though not mandatory.
