Job Title: Analyst – Loan Processing & Broker Support

Location:Bangalore

Experience:3-6 Years

Hands on Experience in Australia Mortgage

Preferred Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, banking, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates from other disciplines with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Lending Administration will also be considered. Non-graduates with relevant experience can be considered.

Preferred Experience & Knowledge: Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in the banking industry, particularly in areas such as data management, recordkeeping, and loan administration, will be preferred. A strong commitment to quickly learning new processes, adapting to change, and delivering quality outcomes is highly valued.

About the Role:

The Loan Processing & Broker Support Analyst will play a critical role in overseeing and executing end-to-end administrative and operational processes that support brokers in delivering optimal loan outcomes. This includes analyzing and managing the work and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve queries. The role also involves tracking loan progress, identifying process improvements, and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements throughout the lending cycle.

Work Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timing as per project requirement. Working on Indian Holidays will be as per requirement.

Key Responsibilities & Preferred Skills:

  • Self-driven professional with strong organizational abilities and a track record of managing complex workflows effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to solve problems and make sound, data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including clear and professional telephone interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of loan underwriting and processing systems.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Skilled in assessing and interpreting large data sets accurately to support loan analysis and decision-making.
  • Proactive in staying informed about industry trends, compliance requirements, and organizational priorities.
