Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and compliant HCM environments. Experience in Advanced HCM Controls is highly desirable, along with broader techno-functional exposure across Oracle HCM modules.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Design, implement, and manage security configurations within Oracle Cloud HCM, including roles, data roles, and privileges
  • Configure and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) aligned with business and compliance requirements
  • Perform user access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and security audits
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into secure system configurations
  • Support implementation and enhancement of Advanced HCM Controls (risk management, compliance monitoring)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues, including role provisioning and access inconsistencies
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations through proper access governance
  • Participate in HCM implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support activities
  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to stakeholders and support teams

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have Skills / Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Security (Roles, Privileges, Data Security, Role Hierarchies)
  • Proven experience in designing and managing RBAC in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Deep understanding of user provisioning, role mapping, and access control frameworks
  • Experience with security diagnostics, troubleshooting, and audit compliance
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.) from a security standpoint
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into system configurations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Skills / Experience

  • Experience with Advanced HCM Controls (AHC), including risk analysis and compliance monitoring
  • Techno-functional knowledge of additional Oracle HCM modules
  • Experience in HCM data security policies and Fast Formula related to security
  • Exposure to Oracle Risk Management Cloud or similar governance tools
  • Experience in implementation projects (end-to-end lifecycle)
  • Knowledge of integrations impacting security (e.g., HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Understanding of global HR processes and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on security
